ARMv7 to ARMv6, so now what do you mean by P.M big Devs? too hard, development coding?
It's complicated.. Just P.M big name devs, it'll be alot easier to explain... But the person just won't tell you what to do, you have to know about it first. Then you can P.M the person and ask more questions.

If you want the port to work make shure the screen resolution CPU and for good measure the ram are Tue same. I have tries porting a lot of roms and sometimes you have to do all the steps and other times you can copy the app media fonts and frameworks folders and everything will work.

Yep, i ported CM6 yesterday from the GT540 to the Ally, first try booted up but no network, so couldnt connect to Google Play store, im assuming this problem is due to the GT540 being GSM and Ally being CDMA .. going to try a port from the Droid Eris.

Default Still cant boot!?:crying:

Ok, Im still having trouble getting this rom ported so Im 2nd guessing myself a little.lol. I did a logcat via ADB but I do not understand it atm. But can I ask you... When you say ,"Now copy the backed up apps to your BASE in /system/app", Do you mean "copy/Paste" the apps we backed up in step 1 and put them back in the /system/app folder of base??
This was what I mean by Step 1. > First go into /system/app in your BASE and backup:
stk.apk
vpnservices.apk
camera.apk
bluetooth.apk
to whatever directory you like (Maybe to the Desktop)

This is the logcat I got if anyone is familiar with them.> https://www.dropbox.com/s/jqhm2kb5ik...8-20-12%5D.txt

Thank you so much for this guide! This guide is what helped me port ParanoidAndroid from the HTC Sensation to the HTC EVO 3D. I really appreciate all your hard work in putting this together!

Ok sorry I thought I might have misunderstood something about that step sorry, .

Yes, I think the libs are all for my device except the one you mention(libandroid_runtime.so) I will go back and check if the libs are right.

I think it would work. But i think, then your JB port will not be as smooth. Because JB had project butter, it's better to compile JB so you get the project butter's libs.
