Thanks for the feedback, that's what I thought but was hoping I was wrong. Other than the artifacts this kernel is nice. Back to 64 for me, also an awesome kernel.

So we that are facing the artifacts issue will have to stock with the 64 version forever? The kernel looks awesome, but we'll be stuck with an alpha version...

That's rather dire. The most recent is alpha as well.

I'm guessing we'll see some kind of hybrid that will cater to the masses, and have options for the chips that can handle it.

Of course, just IMO, since I'm not the devs here

Just had a soft reboot (no Google logo) after I plugged in the charger on alpha 91. This is the last_kmsg in /proc/ but I'm not sure if it is any useful (seems like it just got it after the reboot) but in any case here it is

edit:
guess I'm hitting the max upload size...had to zip it with 7zip. Hope all this workaround to uploading this actually helps out

On the latest alpha I don't get any artifacts however the tablet seems to be lag on the home screen which it does not on alpha 64. Is the because it's handling the higher GPU clock so well ?

Thanks

Any chance of getting a kernel without overclocked GPU?

Had lag on the home screen with the latest alpha. Its very slight and I wasn't sure if it was just my imagination until I switched back to 64.

On alpha91 I was using my tablet while charging, sat it down for a couple minutes and it had hung up and began to cook itself. It was at 160 degrees F when I got to it. I flashed back to alpha50 which seems to run the best on my N7 so far.
