Default Updated OP with ZipThemer version!

installing my mods will be painless this time.. thanks to @stumpy352 for the zipthemer guide

Instruction (ZipThemer)
Requires: Flashable .zip of the ROM that you currently use (Must be on your SDCARD)
1. Download 'ZipThemer' app from play store
2. Download the ZipThemer version of my mods
3. Open the app, click on the menu button, then press 'Update Edify'
4. Click 'Browse' then navigate to the flashable .zip of the ROM that you have on the SDCARD
5. Click 'Configure' (small toast message will appear that says 'Success')
6. Go back to the main screen, click on '+Theme'
7. Navigate to my mods that you have downloaded earlier from step 2
8. Then click on the 'Build It!' button. it will then prompt if you want to make an undo file, just press ok just in case.
9. It will build the flashable .zip. when done it will show the Build Log, showing where the flashable zip located.
10. Boot to recovery and flash the rebuilted .zip
11. Profit

cheers..

I have to point out at this time that theme chooser still has image priority, so with any theme that has the glow effect included (which is most of them) this mod won't work. Works fine on the system theme though, and any theme that doesn't include the glow effect. I have a work around though. By creating a flashable zip to put your theme in /system/app/ you can Ziptheme the theme chooser theme itself. I know it's not ideal, but something peeps can play around with so you can have both.

Still not working on AOKP JB build 1 for me. The image seems to work fine after flashing the zip theme .zip file. However the color and glow do not work. Look at my screenshot.

Go to rom control and change the nav bar glow colour to default. Or play around with the colours until it suits you.

Thanks that works. For those who are having the same problem, change the nav bar glow to #ff33b5e5 for the ICS blue.
