Default Cracked LCD, Bluetooth tethering?

I recently bought a Galaxy Nexus from Google and my EVO was dropped at school and that's my only activated phone. Is there anyway I can enable Bluetooth tethering to tether my Nexus 7 and my Galaxy Nexus without seeing anything on the EVO's screen?

If you have adb enabled, you could use androidscreencast to control your phone from your computer.
adb & fastboot binaries with Kindle Fire device ID (0x1949). For [Linux] and [Windows]
