how do i get voice command free to use with a bluetooth car visor kit please

You have to turn bluetooth on and make your omnia "discoverable", also tick the receive incoming beams box and then pair new device. Then create a new pairing with your bluetooth kit (read the manual with the kit to see how to do it).

discoverable is don in bluetooth settings
and auto recieve all beams is dont in settings->connections-beams
