It's a link containing the four files and he has listed the names of those four files along with their md5 hashes so you can be sure the file you're getting is the file being advertised.

I was messing with my fassy recently and needed to switch between OS's and thought I would share my easy no odin/heimdall method!

09/30/12 (Mainly a JellyBean reference)
Easily switch between ROMS and the different partition layouts!

Reboot to recovery and flash cwm4-fix, power the phone down (might need to pull battery) and three finger back into recovery!
Wipe data, flash chosen GB,ICS, or any partion JB ROM from any order! (ie: downgrade or upgrade)

Thank you very much for the files, yet is there a way to convert these to a .tar format so we can use them with ODIN as well if we are stuck and near a computer? This way we don't have to flash a busted recovery to flash a ROM to see if it has a reboot to recovery power option (some don't), just to flash the correct recovery through the recovery? Just cuirous

This doesn't even apply anymore you shouldn't be bringing up old threads and using old files

Dude I know your apmming you can clearly tell w guide from 2011 BEfORE JB doesnt relate to it if the dumbest person should know a thread inactive as this is no good anymore
