I just installed the Circle Mod for my One X, which is very useful and looks great, thanks.
I noticed that there is another app called Battery Bar Settings in my App menu now.
Can I uninstall that without causing problems to the circle mod? I only want the circle icon mod.

Sorry for late reply, been on holidays. Sure you can uninstall the battery bar control. Just be sure you have deactivated the batterbar with the app before. Otherwise you can't remove the battery bar anymore after uninstalling the control app.
As there were only very few requests and users for transparent statusbar, I decided to not make a complete version for that anymore. Instead I provide you with a tutorial how to do it yourself:
Download attached file transparent.rar
Extract from it the file status_bar_background.9.png
Open battery%-mod with winrar or similar (Important: Do NOT extract, only open)
Doubleclick "extras"
Doubleclick folder of mod you want to alter
Doubleclick "app"
Doubleclick "systemUI.apk"
Doubleclick "res"
Doubleclick "drawable-xhdpi"
Drag&Drop downloaded file into this folder
Close all windows again, confirming changes
Reflash mod
-> win
This is really no nuclear physics and you should be able to do it yourself. Just remember to NOT extract the files, always work inside the zip/apk-files. I'll put a link to this post, so you can find it in future versions. It will work this way until I post a new tutorial.
Have fun.
Wouldn't this work if i just added it to the Rom itself?

Sure it would. You'd have a transparent statusbar immerdiately after flashing the rom then. But that would be gone after flashing ANY mod that is based on systemui.apk ofc, because they all bring their own statusbar-background graphics. And as they all bring the stock file, ...

Good day to you, Jotha.
The transparent statusbar tutorial you made (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...&postcount=292) works perfect. However, it makes the statusbar permanently transparent regardless of which screen you are. Sometimes browsing the net, makes the top unreadable because of overlapping texts and statusbar icons.
Will you be able to provide similar tutorial, just to make non-transparent statusbar within the apps screen? Please, and very much thanks to you.

Sorry, no, that is technically not possible. The OS allows only for one layout for statusbar. It can't handle different statusbar-backgrounds. So the only way to do that would be to change the APPS to use the whole screen including the statusbar.
I know that the transparent statusbar is totally unpractical for a lot of times and would never use it by myself. That's why I have removed it again from my mods and only offer the tut how to make it .
