Is it recommended to flash the lh1 modem with this rom?

You'll need to flash. UCLG1 may be better. Or the EM one. Depends on your location. You have to experiment.

email memory

anyone having trouble saving email attachments? Using the mail app (not gmail), and when try to save it says not enough memory? Weird?

Baseband is the radio. This doesn't include the baseband. So it's whatever you were running before the flash.

The modem depends mostly on your coverage area. I'm using calh1 and it works perfectly, but that may not be the case for you. It's really trial and error with modems.
