romfiles for my phone come in an exe file that extracts itself.
within the extracted files (such as enterbootloader.exe and ROMUpdateUtility.exe) is of course the nbh-ROM file.
if importing the nbh file to your kitchen isn't working, you can try to extract the nbh file manually, with a few tools found here in the forum

So are you saying that I need to extract the .nbh files and then use tools to include the IMGFS and XIP files, then re-package it so that OsKitchen can open it?

Building ROM for Verizon Whitestone/Imagio
Hello,

I am trying to build a rom for my friend's device (Whitestone) using osKitchen and imported the Official ROM and I could see it is of SYS 21874. Building the ROM works fine and no issue.

Now I tried to update the SYS to 29022 or 23153 (I have used the same sys for my Topaz using same kitchen), but unfortunately Platformbuilder crashed during build.

No SYS/EXT packages has been altered. What could be the issue?
Thoughts...

Cheers!!!

Issue is the old nk.exe and xip.bin. You can download nk.exe from any other device running WM6.5 (search in xda) and place it instread old Whitestone's nk.exe. But with xip.bin I can't help, I have this problem too. If you can help with cooking xip.bin, please help. I have FSC T830

How does this kitchen set file attributes in "Temp\ROM Generation\PlatformRebuilder\temp\dump" folder? I've always get wrong result. Often H and S are set where they are not.
