The LT28h never came with GB if I remember correctly. You might be able to flash the .111 GB firmware (exclude baseband) then follow the rooting procedure and flash to the LT28h ICS ftf (you can include the baseband if you want) and see if that works for you. Theoretically it should work as long as there is no issues flashing the LT28i firmware onto a LT28h

Current Phones/Tablets:
Lumia 920 // Xperia Z // Xperia TL // Xperia ion // Xperia P // iPad 3
Accessories
Sony Smartwatch // Sony Smart Wireless Headset pro // Sony LiveDock™ // Xperia ion Smartdock
Past Phones/Tablets:
iPhone 1st Gen/3GS/4S // Nexus One // Dell Streak // Atrix 4g // Xperia Play // Lumia 900 // Xperia S // iPad 1

i had similar errors couple times, and im not sure if im going crazy, but it looked like i was holding volume down for short time, like i was releasing it to fast, and next time when i was holding it for a bit longer everything was ok
this will appear only if your cell phone's boot loader is locked...
unlock the bootloader and simlock will be turned off and your flashing will continue.
also right click on the flashing software and run as administrator after unlocking the boot loader.

Um no bootloader lock has nothing to do with flashtools when flashing a stock ftf. You can flash with a locked bootloader all you want if you are flashing a stock firmware ftf.
