Galaxy SII GT-I9100 G Q&A

Hi everyone,

I changed my rom for Jelly king 1.6.2 last night. Everything worked fine ( except battery drain in my opinion) until I launched GetRIL. As a dumb retard I tried to change something that was working fine until now.

Now i don't have any services. I have restored my ancient ROM (CM9) and everything works fine except that i still don't have any service even after changing basebands on recovery mode.

What can I do now?

Flash a modem according to your country

Thanks for the reply,

I tried to flash with this one :modem_CWM_XXLPW. Coming from belgium i thought it was the right one. I also tried the KI4 because it had good reviews.

Well now i just flash to a rom stock but I get stuck on the "S" of Samsung...

Well, first reboots are usually longer...if it still fails, reflash again...

Use an app getril it will tell you best modem for your country and download from neerajganga thread n flash it n i preffer a clean install

Hi there. I have a question if you guys permit me. I have updated my Galaxy I9100G through samsung kies to ICS 4.0.3 and then tried the root method found here

I was successful and everything went fine except now when I connect my phone to samsung kies it fails to detect the phone. What should I do to make Kies detect the phone. Can someone shed a light pleases

Graphics Performance on Stock ICS 4.0.3

Hi everyone,
did anybody noticed that the Nenamark2 Benchmark running on i9100G stock ICS 4.0.3 the FPS won't go over 30 FPS but capped at there?
And the games are suffering more lags than the Stock GB Rom.
Any solution here?

It's a known issue...use cm9 or 10...
