- Open the SGS II PNG using Microsoft Paint, (Right click, select edit or open with)

- Now open the screenshot of your phone using another separate MS Paint (Same thing, right click, select edit or open with)

- CTRL+A to select all then CTRL+C to copy the selected screenshot.

- Now go to the SGS II PNG and CTRL+V to paste the screenshot, and place it over the red corners as marked. It's exactly measured 480x800.
TIP: you can use the arrow keys to precision place the screenshot. CTRL + Z to undo if made a mistake.

- CTRL+S to save.

NOTE: You'll loose PNG transparency but it'll still be neat.

EDIT: Finally i do it myself

The new version you posted won't load up but I just replaced the icons

Edit: I went and downloaded the one you were trying to post and almost everything was aligned perfect except I had to do the colon thing.. This the outcome now I'm about to customize the apps I want shown.. Are there any recommended weather widget or theme to match this??
