Default XP Vibrates but no SE logo at boot up even with flashtool

Hello I recently changed motherboards on my R800x and have had nothing but issues since. The XP no longer boots properly it just vibrates and NO SE logo at all. I HAVE preformed a flash recovery with flashtool successfully but when the flashtool says rebooting nothing happens, unconnect usb and power up leads to my original issue no SE logo at bootup. Here is the flashtool log for my phone:

26/045/2012 22:45:19 - INFO - Please wait. Phone will reboot
26/045/2012 22:45:19 - INFO - For flashtool, Unknown Sources and Debugging must be checked in phone settings

Nothing happens after this, just like before I used flashtool. The screen worked fine prior to changing motherboards (no touch functionality though). I am so lost I even went back to the original motherboard to at least boot up android but the issue applies to both motherboards now. What am I doing wrong am I missing a step after the flash b/c my XP does not restart like it says in the flashtool log. Why would this apply to the original motherboard when it had a working version of android running (it's saved on the motherboards memory not SD right?) I know I sound like a noob but I never ran into an issue like this on my G1/Thunderbolt. All I can guess that there is an issue with the display now even though ALL ribbons are connected properly and it worked prior to switching motherboards

Any help is appreciated!

Unlocked bootloader ? if so try to flash a new FTF for your phone. just remember to get the right one like if you have the GMS version you need to flash R800i_4.0.2.A.0.64 i belive.

if the bootloader is not unlocked then try to see if you can unlock it.

you dont need a unlocked bootloader to flash a ftf file. Only needed to fastboot .img files

Just flash stock ftf. You'll still be unlocked, I've went back to stock twice now after I did something wrong :P

What i mean by hard bricked is that it seems that sony detected that i did something to my phone and locked it away making the phone 100% unusable. The flashtool doesn't even recognize the device. When i plugged in the usb the green led lights up without holding the search button, eventhough flashtool detected that my phone is in flashmode, i still can't do anything if my phone model is unknown to flashtool. Currently trying to contact Alejandrissimo on http://unlock-bootloader.com/.

You have damaged the TA of the phone and well the only way to repair it is to contact a Person that repairs them and schedule a repair and yes alejandrissimo does do repairs for a nominal fee.
