Because as others have stated prior it seems the companion core is not being used. Why exactly I don't know. Taking a guess I assume it would be something to do with -thalamus hotplog driver in testing

In simple terms the panel clock is the screen refresh rate. Stock is 60MHz/60fps.

here's a half hour of usage of a121. it seems fairly normal, except mine doesn't go below 475mhz. I'm using 1400/51 ondemand.

It was sitting at 375 for 53 seconds then Dept slept. I moved to Franco gunna give his kernel a whirl.
