Mine is on order and waiting for it to come. My KFHD feels naked without a case. It was 1 cent + $4.99 earlier in the week from the same seller but that was the lowest I've seen it

I received my case today. Overall for the price I paid, it's nice. Very similar to the one I had for the KF 1st gen. It even has a magnet closure that isn't advertised and the auto wake/sleep is nice. My only gripe is that... the KFHD installs in the case upside down in vertical/book mode, meaning that the camera is on the right, not on the left. It doesn't really with the auto rotation but there are some apps that want to have the device "right side up". It's designed for landscape mode in mind, but IMO, just a little annoying at times.

Yes. This case has the open slot for the charger port. I can charge my kindle with the case closed.

There are cutouts to access all ports. The sound is still pretty good with the case on too. Current price seems to range roughly around $10, its a great item at that price. Its solid and keeps the kindle snug. Its synthetic leather but better than paying $40+ that does the same thing.
