When scrolling and stop scrolling still having my finger on the touchscreen, the screen starts wobbling. Terrible effect. You can see this in my attachment when making position visible.
This shaking bug is present. This can be seen easily when you keep two fingers in a loaded webpage in chrome and dont move your finger, the webpage will start shaking

Okay, thanks for the info. Good to know that this issue is adressed. Unfortunately it destroys the "smooth feeling" of JB.
