So I am going to buy an external battery and what would you recommend for under 35$ ?
I am thinkig of this - http://dx.com/p/portable-6600mah-eme...ne-more-115584
this - http://dx.com/p/9000mah-mobile-exter...r-54978?item=8
or this - http://dx.com/p/12v-9800mah-recharge...y-90998?item=1

Everything over 4000(REAL)mah will do the job for me. I think am am going to buy the first one but the only thing that boders me is that it wont be 6600mah and it will be around 3000mah Thanks !
..... Nokia 5800 (CFW) (Broken) > Samsung Omnia 7 (Unlocked and Lost) > HTC One X (Current) - ARHD 13

Lightbulb Possible Battery transplant

Hey guys girls hello
I was thinking than now than HTC throw in our face this new One X+ which apparently for what I have read everywhere is exactly the same phone but with more memory a better new front camera and a bigger Battery than maybe we can just wait until the spare is available and get the new 2200 batt and installed on our phones.
What you think?

Hypothetically, they tell you to charge it because if the battery is too low and you turn on the device, you will damage the battery. I just plug it in, give it a min, and turn it on.
But i you just charge it without turning on or anything the sucker could be half charged meaning you are ruining the battery straight away by overcharging.

Always just turn on first see wot charge it has, Ive never recieved a new phone with NO charge in the battery. Run it dead, THEN give it good 10 - 16 hours charge (however long you can bear to wait!)

I've been using this for about a month now, very very happy with it.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Aftermarket-...2303296&sr=8-1

I don't think the 2200mah rating is accurate but from dead it gives 60% so probably only 1000mah or so really but it is so so useful or the price, quality is nice I got in black though cos you know these cheaper finishes will pick up marks badly especially in white.

Just wanted to add this battery case also has a kickstand by the camera - Its not too sturdy because it obviously needs to be central with a device of this size, but it works to a fashion. Another really nice thing is there is some sort of audio duct to the front because sound is coming from both rear and a small grill on the front bottom right.

If the new OneX+ battery fits, that would be great. The stock OneX battery is not one of the devices strong sides unfortunately.

I really wouldn't suggest getting batteries from dx, bought one before and it didn't last 2 months (wouldn't hold a charge), although I had more luck with replacement phone batteries from them.

anwyay, this is what I've been using now http://www.amazon.com/Upgraded-Exter...keywords=anker

working fine for almost 6 months already
