ppl! Imm looking for the .bat or any archive to get the root for my acer a700 in JB...

if anybody knows any link pls......

you can update attachment file in CWN recovery to root a700 in JB.

I've the same problem.
Does this update work on stock ROM ?

Just an info, where did you get this update?
Is a bit that I try but I did not find a way to root the OTA JB in the Android Development forum.

I did it on a clean JB ROM. It's not upgrade from ICS ROM.

See this thread for installing a custom kernel w/root, or just installing a custom ROM. There is no easier way to get root than to just flash Vorbeth's Kernel.
