SoftBank HTC herm 200 x01ht

Hello! I bought a SoftBank HTC herm 200 x01ht with win5 and tried to decode with http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=293665, HTC_Hermes_SIM_CID_Unlock_v3a and not working.
I installed win.mob.6 and now I have
(ROM VERSION :3.54.255.3
ROM DATE: 07/05/07
RADIO VERSION : 1.14.01.10
PROTOCOL VERSION : 32.50.7018.00H
EXTRROM VERSION : 3.54.255.104)
When you put your SIM card in your phone displays ''SimLock. You have tried 100 times, please wait until timeout..."
Regardless of the version of windows i use radio remains the same.
SPL is now 2.10.
My phone is locked in vok801.
HELP

No free SIMunlcok available for newer X01HT

I think newer version of X01HT has different firmware then
there is no free unlock software available( I am not sure).

This page is quite well known for us and they are very reliable.

I hope some one will confirm that there is no free unlocker.

Same problem here I bought a X01HT which I could not unlock so now I have a handset which could be used only as a peperweight

Why do you upgrade without be hardspled?
I see your SPL is 2.10 or 2.10Olipro?

The 3a sim unlocker works flawlessly for me... loong time ago! maybe you have done something wrong...
