If you don't want to spend any money I think the best UI to use at the moment is Pointui (type it into google). Free great interface this is for now your answer.

Default ISO a 3 button launcher

you know, something simple that goes on HTC Home, that can be added in the ITEMS screen in the Today menu, preferably at the bottom of the screen.

simple such as a clean phone icon, text message, and internet.

does that exist in cab form. not some whole
integrated UI, just three-button, cover.
preferably part transparent, or not.

also, where can one get the space maker for the ITEMS SCREEN in the Today menu. i found this once but that was ROMs ago.

TouchPal Pro SIP
Pocket Breeze w/ Panel Scroll Enabled
Pocket Informant - in "touch mode"
aeb plus - to fully program the buttons around the case
King Fetty's Call Calendar (not touch sensitive, but essential)
ProfiMail - most finger friendly email especially in conjunction w/ TouchPal

I have to say -large start menu- is darn finger friendly for me.
It doesn't matter if you have an Android, iOS, WP7, or any other OS based device. Just enjoy what you have and share with the rest of us.
