you need my modded apk for super low

listen can you tell me exactly what you changed in the build.prop

i still don't think it worked

the game checks ram, number of cores and CPU speed to decide, its not as simple as that

I think we need to find out where it gets the device info.
Now my device shows as nexus 7 everywhere, the market, gameloft website and other apps.

NCX gaming kernel - boosted pure stock 2.17 kernel for gaming aka. battery may cry

This is the best gaming kernel for use with stock 2.17 ROMs and gaming boost 2.1

- It runs wildblood full effects 1.0.7 better than all others
- It as cool as the 2.17 kernel and same battery consumption, coolest kernel around

NCX gaming kernel v6
Quote:

- Raised panel clock from 60hz to 80hz, increases fps in games
Warning: this may cost a little more screen ON battery life, if you have a problem with this go for v4

- Quad unlocked at max 1500 frequency (no single core max step)
- No CPU poke on screen unlock (Still pokes in about 24 hours 30 secs on 1500)
- Setting the clock speed should stick even after screen off (between 1200 and 1500), but it boots with 1200MHz, setting after higher clocks is no problem (reset after boot with a script)
- Interactive governor still has issues with quadcore, stick to ondemand
- UV Interface by faux integrated
- Noop, SIO and deadline schedulers (SIO is fastest for gaming)
- [PATCHv5,1/3] ARM: tegra: Add Tegra AHB driver
- S2W integrated all my credits out to show-p1984

scripts and the kernel files are attached, repacked with stock 2.17 ondemand governor values and init.d support

use the ResetStock script to restore default clockspeeds, copy the .sh file to init.d and remove the .sh extension, give it all permissions and reboot

use the Gaming Boost 2.1 app stock kernel version to switch between boost and stock values

make sure to use the stock kernel version of the app (1400 lock is needed to lock quad with this kernel)

alternatively you can set it to gaming boost all time, by placing the permaboost script in init.d instead

all thanks should go to n3ocort3x

Issues: Music stutter bug during screen off, the only solution is using interactive governor for music, keep in mind interactive governor has serious issues with gaming, using the gaming boost app will switch you back to ondemand, you can also set a screen off profile for interactive and screen on for ondemand using SetCPU

Gaming Tips:

- Starting by v2.x the Gaming Boost app will not change the scheduler, this to give you the choice, using Setcpu set the sechduler to SIO it will stick on reboot, this is the best scheduler for gaming and greatly reduces micro stutters

- In heavy games you can go further and insure no background processes, by going to developer options and setting Background process limit to No background processes

im giving up to be honest its super weird

same apk same sd files, run differently on both devices with the same CPU and same amount of RAM and eve with modding build.prop name, same clocks, and meminfo, Jellybean confirmed as unrelated...insane

if i can not come up with a clever solution by tomorrow im handing you over the low mode apk
