I am also having sync problems with Vista , have done a search and tried all the solutions but nothing works, have tried a couple of other Roms and have no problem to sync with vista.
Interesting these other Roms use a vista connection fix by TAI_SW for fixing vista compatibility.
So strange that it does not work in his Rom maybe its down to a slight reg change in this Rom

Add 3g by downloading and installing advanced config and go into menu dropdown and select comm manager... in there you can add and remove buttons you desire.

joshkoss, have tried your Roms very good and sync with vista every time, would you have any idea why this Rom will not sync with vista

not building it myself no unfortunatly.. there are some activesync files in the sys as well as OEM, honestly in my roms i didn't modify registry or oem value's other than what files TAI provided.. it's a bit complicated as you can see.. if there is a fix that i can find, i'll let you know.

Thanks for helping have changed some reg files but still no joy, kept a copy of the activesync file from your Rom that worked ok and changed the ones in this Rom that were missing or not there.

wow. thanks a lot josh. i didn't know this. anyway, the first solution i had was to manually select my network band. then i saw someone posted a comm manager with 3G.

I think I now have a problem. I think I'm loosing the SMS messages I have whenever I restart the phone. Not sure about the emails and MMS yet. I still haven't tried it.

Just to note though. I added registry entries for PropertyPath and AttachmentPath to go to my Storage Card. Not sure if it has something to do with the problem but this things were working for V3, the ROM I got my phone with.
