[Q] how back to stock

I got AT&T locked ONE X with CyanogenMod ROM. I need to unlock carrier on this phone with my unlock code. But don't know how to make this phone stock. Could you please give me details?

You just need to be on a Sense-based rom to carrier unlock. Try flashing Viper or CleanROM.
