Urgently Help Needed, Dopod 818pro shows 3 colored screen

I have problem with my 818pro. I upgraded to WM6.1 few months ago successfully with Prophet ROM 19974 M2D. Few days ago suddenly I cant hear anything from phone, but worked well with headset. I read some posts here and try to reinstall the same software which I used few months ago to upgrade from WM5 to WM6.1(with HardSPL G4). The Installation was successful, but when it was restarted, I can only see 3 color screen and USB is written on screen also can see (IPL 2.15.0001 and SPL 2.15.0001). I tried same software few times, but the result is same. The good thing is, I am still able to connect to my PC with USB.

Now I am not able to start my PDA. Every time I restart, It will show same 3 colored screen. and If i connect to USB, it will show on screen USB.

Can Please Please someone help me how can I Install and make it working. Please give me the links as well if possible.

Seems HARDSPL not installed.
Information from you.
IPL 2.15.0001 and SPL 2.15.0001

SPL is not HARDSPL already.
The SPL Information , if already HARDSPL should be SPL 2.G4.4PDA. Cos you have G4 Device.

Try to reflash with PDAVIET NoVendor

But you need to go to Bootloader Mode first ( manually). Read how to do it.

Make sure battery enough.

And flash with the ROM above.

And do the HARDSPL again.

The SPL Information , if already HARDSPL should be SPL 2.G4.4PDA. Cos you have G4 Device.

Information for you : Installation, even not HARDSPL could be succesfull. But you will always stuck in Bootloader mode, like you have now.

So Reflash it first like I said and HARDSPL again.
