After a few hours usagge in my galaxy note i can make a report.
I've noticed the percentage of time my device keeps on deep sleep has recuded but not much. It usually is around 60% with 20% in the lowest state (200mhz), and this night it's been around 50% and 200mhz around 30%. I assume thats the consumption of the apk waking the device.
Now i'll try on a normal day to see what's the battery consumption and see if it's adequate to use daily.

Whether or not it is a "placebo", I support developers who contribute to the Android community. Thank you for your efforts. I know you won't get much, but I purchased the app through the market.

Anyway, and i dont know if this's already been posted, i'd suggest to enable the service only with screen-on, as the device is always awake on that state and we wont notice the lag with the screen off.

Installed it on my sisters Xperia X10 which is full of crap and ***ty aps and this does make a difference. Seeder_v6 was not running first when installed but it was checked to run on boot. I think it needed a restart... So I ran it with Terminal Emulator and the aps open very faster and the difference is noticiable. Thank you for this mod!

Almost embarrassed to say I tried this on my GN2.

What with the hardware on the device along with 4.1.2 ... I suppose you could say I was greedy ?

There was no performance gain. However, the CPU did stay awake longer and my battery consumption went up from 0.6%- 1% to 2.2% per hour

Battery stats points to the CPU favoring 500MHz and not scaling down to 200MHz

Deep sleep was also an issue.

Just my $0.5
