[APK] Facebook Pages Manager For Android

I just noticed where facebook has uploaded Facebook Pages Manager. But until now (04/Jan/2013) can only be downloaded by those who use canada market.

This application can be downloaded if you install market enabler and converting applications to market canada.

There is no rule saying you can't share it, as if I travelled to Canada I would be able to download it myself.
I would be thankful if you could post a link or, if you wish, share privately.
