my rom is C.A.M.P+|CM10|AOKP|MIUI|PA| v1
when i replace "lights.n1.so" & flash "Lightsfix_Rotationfix_BLN-CM10" & reboot my device lock on boot animation and don't turn on completely

What have you done my friend. Just apply the v3 fix through cwm from the CAMP thread and you would be fine.

The CM10 fix is only for dman's cm10 which uses a different framework that why it puts you in bootloop.
