I just advised Google to downgrade your device to Android 2.3.6
Current device:

Google Nexus 4 16GB
[ROM] Paranoid Android 3.15

Okay, Play Store issues seem to have been resolved (Looks like I'm the only one still talking about this matter.)

I just use whatever came with the rom, I don't change anything. I didn't see anything in the logcat. I don't know what to say :/
