you cant send 3G fix on ROM 3.... i write this, look first link in my signature...
you must use ROM 1 or 2 then send 3G fix cab and language you want

ROM work perfectly... if you have problems then problem is only in your device...
did you tested speed for your SD card? maybe is too slow?

It's not because of my SD card, even scrolling the fronpage is jiggering and kinda unresponsive... not like the rom a couple of versions back..

Have tried the different multitouch drivers without any real change...

I just know that earlier WP7 ROM was faster in scrolling the fronpage and menupage.
