Use twrp. Cwm is full of bugs. Also only post here if it has to do with this rom please

Stuck at AOKP screen

i flashed boot.img (fastboot flash boot boot.img)
installed new ROM


And now i NEVER get past the aokp unicorn boot animation...

I've left it sitting for 10 minutes, also, i've tried multiple times. I've searched this topics for help


It's obvious i'm missing something... i just don't know what. Can someone help me with this ROM?

Try a factory reset, flash ROM, flash gapps, fastboot boot .IMG and then reboot.

I tried that after the ROM installation but then my Home key didn't work, and other weird things happened...

Rootbox still has some issues, hardware keys were one of them iirc
