Default Firmware Package
Anyone can confirm whether the firmware in the downloads section in OP, the same as the one which found at:-

Bcos I have flashed the 3.33 Universal firmware as mentioned in the above link.

Hello guys!
Sorry to bother you, but I ran into a conflict.
Studying carefully this tutorial, Revolution ROM is flashed on a S-ON phone, but on the 1st page in the download section it is said:

Maybe that tutorial I linked is just a bit outdated, and back then flashing firmware to install Revolution wasn't required?
So, how is it? Can I flash Revolution HD with S-ON?

Yes you can flash rom with SON and you can very well use the guide you've linked.

Just after flashing.. Install get ril app and make sure that the radio and ril are matching

Ok, so hypothetically I unlocked my bootloader, flashed recovery, installed Revolution HD and I am checking for the compatibility ril with radio with eg. GetRIL and I do not have a match.
Now I can't use GetRIL to download and install matching RIL, because I do not have S-OFF and I can not mess with firmware. Or maybe RIL is built in the ROM, and there is no problem?

You need to be s-off to flash radio files.

Yes you unlock bootloader , flash recovery , download ROM and copy to SD card (wipe all except sd card from recovery) and flash rom.
