I am not sure if the Updaet_SuperSU_1.04.zip includes the latest Superuser and su binary. It says that files were modified 29.2.2008. How is this possible ?

The su binary from the .zip package is already the latest. Tested on n4. Just flash it from custom recovery.

Hi,

I just re-lock my phone, recover to stock ROM and then upgrade Android to 4.1.1.

Now, could I unlock my phone again, and flash a custom recovery and flash SuperSU 1.04 then to get root again?

Yes or you could just flash a custom rom after unlocking and installing a recovery

Hey guys

just rooted my note 2 and root checked said it was rooted

Afterwards, I flashed the jedi rom and now the root is lost. I still have supersu and everything...
I had to unclick respect CM on my tablet to get it back working, but there isn't that opinion on the note 2...

HELP!

Cwm or twpr installed? Then flash the supersu zip from the op, it brings the binaries and the apk back.

I'm rooted stock with supersu. If I do the upgrade to pro from the play store, can I do it as a normal update as any app update or do I have to do something else?

Yes,just like any other app, the pro is a license key that unlocks features in SuperSU

Hi, sorry for the noob question.

I have an unlock bootloeader, rooted stock rom, stock kernel, Nexus4 with TWRP recovery.
Today I want to update to 4.2.2, someone told me if I just flash the zip from Google, it will successfully update to 4.2.2 but I will loose my custom recovery and root.

My question is, If i want to root my N4 after the update, i just need to
1. flash the custom recovery (TWRP)
2. flash the UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.04.zip via TWRP

is it the right steps?

Thx in advance
