I'll do one for JB V3 - you can't flash the hyperion one as they have different file names for the res framework

"const/4 v5, 0x2" to "const4/v5 -0x3" in StatusBarService.smali to enable transparency but u have not changed this...does it affect anything?

To be honest I don't know - as long as it's the same screen resolution & file names it should do - changing the servicebar.smali works on cm7 then you make a transparent theme - i dunno bout others
The only thing I can suggest is make a nandriod backup in Cwm flash my mod if it works great & if you get a boot loop or force close just restore the backup

To do it yourself get ninjamorph from play store - use it to extract systemui.apk then goto res folder lpdi & find the name of status bar background image (its different in every rom) select it & choose an image to replace it with (find an image pack for your phone with transparent things)
Press back finish project yes to replace no to zip align yes to clean up

i was using apk multi-tool...tried many things..i edited status_bar.xml but it gave transparency only in homescreen.. i've found status_bar.png but now searching for a transparent one!
the resolution is different so your file might not work
btw did u download an image pack for this or you edited the image file yourself? if yes how?

EDIT: do i need to flash whole package or i can just copy the systemui.apk through root explorer? if not root explorer will an adb push work?
