Change answer options on CM10?

Is there any way to change the incoming call answer options on CM 10 or CM 10.1? I do not like to have to slide the icon to the right to answer a call and would much rather just click on an 'Answer' or 'Ignore' button that I've seen utilized in Motorola skins before. Is this possible on CM 10 or other AOSP ROMs?

Also, while I'm on the topic of CM 10 and phone options, is there a way to set speed dials for these ROMs?

I would love a custom phone answering option in CM as well. I keep answering or hanging up calls as I try to drag the phone from my pocket.
