I have a problem, and can't find any answer to it. I have Samsung Note 2, international version "N7100".
I installed cyanogenmod 10.1 "cm-10.1-20130212-NIGHTLY-n7100.zip" yesterday from their site. Was working fine except for for booting. When I boot the device the logo of "Samsung Note II" goes crazy and messed up. And I do not see the Cynogenmod boot animation. And the screen stays black. But pressing the volume up or down makes sound as if there are working fine, with nothing on the screen. If I press anything on the screen, it seems to work, as I tried to memorize the position of a certain app, and found out that I opened it while the screen was blank. The vibration of pressing or choosing something on the screen was working, so I am assuming it was working. After a minute or two minutes, I have to press the home button, and the screen shows OK, and works fine.
This happens ever single time I restart or power on the device.
I tried to change the boot animation to the official and to unofficial, but I don't get any boot logo or animation.
I tried to download the "Boot Animation" app from play store, and after downloading and installing a boot animation, I apply it, and choose preview current. And I still get nothing on the screen. Blank screen. But I can press the back button and it takes me back normally.
here is what I did:
1. Rooted
2. Installed Clockwork Mod recovery
3. Factory wipe, cache wipe, dilvak wipe (not sure if I spelled these right, but did them anyway)
4. Installed Cynogenmod 10.1
Now I updated with "cm-10.1-20130213-NIGHTLY-n7100.zip"... but the problem is still there.
Can anyone help please?
