Can we side load the 4.2.2 update from google safely on this stock rom?

so i'm sitting on this rom and naturally getting pestered to update to 4.2.2 now, which I can't

don't have the time/energy to flash the deodexed etc 4.2.2 right now tho since i've made a bunch of changes to the system and don't feel like re-doing them. is there any way to kill this notification like, for good? I can't figure anything out other than attempting the update which doesnt work with custom recovery, which clears it, but it just comes back a day or so later

The offending app is the sdm.apk. I believe you can simply remove it or disable it and it should stop doing that.

hmm not seein it in the list to disable, guess ill have to adb in later

hm this apk doesnt appear to be anywhere on my n4 with this rom. how confusing
