If I were you I would just wait for the final specs & design features of the M7 to come out, then decide.

Only you can decide what is really important ultimately in a device.

Like global said, you might as well wait the next week and just see the final specs of the M7. The other question is whether Verizon will get the M7 at all. From the rumors, I personally would probably go with the M7 but nothing is official anyways right now.

I'm personally waiting to get my phone. If the HTC logo is at the bottom of the phone where the buttons are suppose to be...I dont' think i'll get it even if the specs are better. Only way to not regret waiting is to wait and decide once specs are final. You should however note that it might take a while for it to get out for Verizon... patience in the answer young one ;D hahaha

Doubt Verizon gets the m7 any time soon if at all. If it did I would expect the htc home logo to be replaced with Verizon. I would expect Q3.

The HTC m7, while and black a capable device, is not in the same league as the dna.

As people have said elsewhere if they get it, it will be akin to the D3 to Bionic, RAZR to RAZR MAXX. That said, it would be a hell of an upgrade. Better battery, stereo speakers, tons more memory.

One diseagreement, the M7 looks a lot like an iPhone 5, and I think that might deter some Android users. Two clarifications, I don't think that outdoors visibility on the DNA is bad and there are a couple of custom ROMs that do wonders with the existing battery. I agree with everything else you wrote.

for being so smart ur post is horribly wrong. I'm only chiming in cause I was waiting for HTC to get closer to showing the phone and what the future variant will be for the Sprint eVo line. The DNA was the first release of this M7 phone, Which also means it will be the worst version. I know I'm in a DNA thread but u guys here are just being bias. Sorta how I am with the eVo, but the difference is the eVo is what should be a bit later release on Sprint and have better features which puts it at the top of the new HTC line. As this has been the case the past couple yrs now. Look at last yrs one x. That came out just a month before the eVo 4g lte, but the eVo is at the top of that line. Got the best version with all features, and no horrible tegra 3 chip that some got stuck with. I'm not totally sure but the M7 will probably have the snapdragon 600 and the eVo would probably have the 800.
