Yes thats correct. It works fine that way. So something is wrong with the last ota.....i just checked for a ota file, but i dont see it. Guess you are stuck on JB custom rom for a while

I guess the laputa file from the nandroid is issue maybe. No suggestions anyone.

thanks MR hofs i succesfully updated my hboot to 1.39
but after that i flashes stock recovery and then when i go to recovery it shows red triangle with exclamation mark!
what is it?

Yes that is the stock recovery ! The red triangle thing is normal. You have to flash back the custom recovery and then make a nandroid backup of the stock rom

And then upload it for matt, so he can put it in his collection ! The more the better

Can someone please upload a HTC_E11 backup? The ones in the OP aren't available anymore.
