Is there any tweak i am missing which could contribute to the overall smoothness of this wonderful ROM ?

Tried Zeam launcher? Or disabling the animations in dev properties?

AW: [OFFICIAL]][JB:CM10:HYBRD] PARANOIDANDROID general thread!
I've flashed paranoid 3.00+ yesterday. It is running much smoother than 2.54.

But the calculator app crashes as soon i open it. Does anyone has the same problem?
Another NOOB question: In the post it says to type in commands in the terminal after reboot to activate a2sd. I have only typed "a2sd install" But I couldn't type in the other commands because i have no clue what to to type.

Thank You for your help.

Phone PARANOIDANDROID v3.00+
-It's my first time to have a custome rom on my first smartphone HTC Desire.
-PARANOIDANDROID v3.00+ just reborn my device,am very satisfied with this rom.
-I didn't exprienced any kind of unknown reboot ,running for two days normal.

But i notice some problem:
- response for keyboard and dialpad is delayed, its very slow input
I hope it will be fixed in future.

How can i delete Illuminati Agenda google apps ?
I found these instruction :
Delete the apps you want to remove in /sd-ext/gapps/system/app
but i dont know how to use this.

Thank you in advance

try any file manager with root access to file system (Total Commander, ES File explorer, CM File exlorer, or other). And just remove apk files of google apps in this folder /sd-ext/gapps/system/app.

Thumbs up Update ?
Hey,
first i want to thank you for your great rom, I like to work with it.
Unfortunately my version isn't the latest (PA 3.0) so i want to update it. Is there any possibility to install the newest version without loosing personal data and settings? is maybe the preinstalled GooManager made for it?
Would appreceate a reply, i am not able to post in your thread
best regards
nzs

Hi WoH,
Very nice ROM, probably best of JB!
Almost everything works fine, main problems for me are next:
- sometimes can't answer my call - just dark screen or no response from tuch
- calendar fix can't be flashed - get error. have to install other calendar from market - work and sync is ok, but have two apps
- music sound disappears sometimes, reboot help only
- all gmail notification sounds (except default inbox) use front speaker - sounds VERY silent

Thanks for your work!!
Waiting for updates)))
