Default display issue after jelly bean update

Anyone got any display issues with their jelly bean update
as soon as I did it my phone became less clear with purples and greens showing on what's meant to be black sometimes whole screen stretched and doubled at the same time. Here's a few photos to show

On this one u can see discoloration on gray letters

It could be hardware related though

is it possible that something went wrong during stock ruu flashing and going back to jb, it seems to be affected by power, as battery goes down the phone goes worse and worse

Hi mates, the only way to find out is to flash a custom rom (could even be a ICS rom) and check if the problem persists.
