You might be interrested by my script to build bedalus' kernel :
https://github.com/benoit2600/test/b...ter/mybuild.sh

there 2-3 little thing to adapt for yourself :

line 3 : dir=/home/ben/kernel/test //change by the directory of your kernel
line 49, 53, 56 : change "ben" by the name you want for the zip file

you might also need the whole zipfile folder (put it on the root of the kernel folder) :
https://github.com/benoit2600/test/tree/master/zipfile

usage :
just type ./myscript.sh will compile and fastboot flash the compiled kernel

other option :

./mybuild -c //compile the kernel
./mybuild -z //make a zip of the kernel
./mybuild -f //fastboot flash the kernel
thanks ben, ill try it later...

it means the other way to build a kernel?

then..

what's the difference between yours and bedalus?

is there something better or what

im just asking

once again.. thanks to you, ben!

indeed!
In ben's script you can choose only to build, zip and fastboot or make and flash to device. I guess it's better choose what to do.

For 1096mhz, what settings do you use, cause I get constant reboots on it with smartass and cfq. I left the settings on default

That I know, I wanted to know if it's better to use ondemand for 1096mhz since that's what spider said.

It's not all black or white.
Better for what? performance? no. Battery saving? yes.
400MHz, 1000Mhz, 1096MHz or 5000MHz, the same usual principles still apply.

Reboot has nothing to do with the governor (if said governor is stable at stable clocks).

Scheduler has nothing to do with overclock. Tweak your voltages.
