Does this rom have the option for toggles/power widgets in the notifications pull down besides the quick settings?

it would be great if you could add CM Led notifications options instead of the ones in ROM Control, because it offers more options to apps especially if you want specific time blink for each app... Great Rom! My Daily... Thankss!

might of did something incorrect when i updated the rom but i keep getting an "error retrieving information from server, [RPC:s-5:AEC-O]" when i try to download an app from the playstore
