If I answer your question by asking you to search or look somewhere else I'm not being rude. Just encouraging you to use XDA correctly.
Have you backed up your /efs folder? See here.
If I help you, please give me thanks.
I already have alliance installed, but just like i told before, i dont feel it was a clean installation due the freeze i had.
Should i reboot into recovery, wipe data, and cache , and flash alliance again ?

Up to you. From what I can make out its during the writing of preload so you are safe to flash over it will wipe preload and write it again. If you want to do a full wipe go for it but personally I didn't see the need.

How come you decided on upgrading to LSD now you big tease?
Could I just add a request for option of alternative dial tones if possible instead of the current splash one. I miss the old school Samsung dial tone.

Great work, customisations, stability, good battery life, thank you a lot for changing our phones.
Only one thing for me with 6.1, I observe that with 6.0 (same modem) I had more stable network signal. Can anyone confirm that or it depends of the network signal ?
