A friend of mine that's been tinkering and building with 4.2.2 said the "biggest" difference he noticed with the performance was that the pulldowns flowed a lot smoother.
I'll add some more info in a bit on the actual changes.
Update: Reading some articles I found a few things someone named "the_Chlero" posted
Bluetooth audio streaming bugs fix
Long pressing the WiFi and Bluetooth icons in quick settings toggles the on/off state
Of course the usual "bug fixes and performance enhancements" is posted everywhere lol.
Long pressing the WiFi and Bluetooth icons in quick settings toggles the on/off state
Less functional toggles? now that's progress!

Its a bit of a contrast to dirty rootbox, yes, ive used light roms before though and some are very good, but i like to have more settings, and a theme chooser so I can have nice alloyui and not have to look at that horrid stock theme. I WANT THEM ALL!!! ALL UR SETTINGS ARE BELONG TO US!!!!! (I just want to try a few games etc to see how they run with the stock 4.2.2 kernel)
