But the developer knew that this was a possible issue since he said a few people have complained. It would have been nice to know beforehand.
There is also no disclaimer nor does it say there are risks in flashing a new kernel. For me, I already knew that I could severely damage my device by overclocking it but I had not been aware of this wiping data bug. I've never had a kernel do that before either. But my point is, we were all newbies at one point and a better explanation of the risks and possible bugs would be beneficial for everyone.
Also, I dont think Ktoonsez knew or remembered that someone at once time had an issue where the person lost data, especially since that case was found not to have been the kernel at fault in the first place. I am the one who said I remembered one other guy a long time ago, and I am not the dev of this kernel.
