I pray it is not the end of upgrades for our HD2 :/

If I'm wrong, feel free to correct me

If the HD2 has been trough sooooo much mods, I doubt a wifi issue would stop it from developing further.......at least I hope not.

Good job zes.. will donwload now.
Wifi jb 4.2.1 will be soon on our devices... I can see marc with lot of update on his kernel regarding bcmdhd (for ics though) and also sportstarr started building 3x...
Good side of android is newer updates 4.2.2 released, bad side is devs work so hard to bring newer version to our device and perfect it, and by then the time it gets almost perfect, BOOM new version and start all over again.

Here is NativeSD installer for this ROM. Hit thanks to Robbie P. Download this zip file PA.zip. Download the ROM from the main page.

Open both ZIP file. Drag the folder name "system" from ParanoidAndroid_2.99.zip beta HD2.zip into PA.zip.

Then

To pack Kernel extract zimage from Tytungs or marcs kernel and, open PA.zip, open folder kernel and other folder kernel.

Extract system/lib/modules from Tytungs or marcs kernel to system/lib/ in PA.zip

In PA.zip open system/etc/ini.d and delete 00Banner, 01module,

Extract system/etc/init.d/ from Tytungs or marcs kernel to system/etc.init.d in PA.zip

If it should fix the WiFi which is not working, he would say it. It is a KERNEL problem, not a ROM or installation's type problem.. (At least, I assume - correct me if I'm wrong but seems to be that (logically)).

Or a better way to answer, just install it and provide the answer..

Don't take it personnaly.
