fastboot flash zip firmware.zip - The firmware that was downloaded must be in the fastboot directory folder and called 'firmware.zip'. Right?
fastboot flash unlocktoken unlock_code.bin (you need your unlock code to unlock bootloader again) - This is the same bin file I initially used to unlock the phone?
fastboot flash recovery - This is the same recovery file I initially used when I rooted the phone?
fastboot flash boot (boot.img?) - Like when I normally flash the image of a new rom?

flash rom and gapps in recovery - As per usual?
Yes, to all of this you've got it all right

I would suggest backing up your virtual memory card, should you run into any issues, and remember, the community is here to help, so don't panic if something goes wrong

Also, the first flashing of firmware.zip might give an error, so I believe you have to flash it twice together (once, then again right after it) for it to work

Cheers

PS: the boot.img mentioned should be the boot.img of the Rom you are intending to flash, and the recovery will be CWM/TWRP

Sweet man. Thank you for confirming so quickly. My firmware was listed so I downloaded already. Off to watch the Madrid United game now so I might only get round to doing all this tomorrow evening though. Or should I just wait for 4.2.2?
