Just wondering wat exactly does the stop mpdecision script that starts on every boot do? Does it delete the mpdecision file from system bin folder every time I reboot my phone or does it do something different

No it just stops the file from being called. Doesn't delete it. And yes it appears to be working

If some are on Ktoonservative governor to save 99c on cpu sleeper you can enable hotplug down on screen off in latest kt747 kernel builds.... If on pegasusq maybe cpu sleeper is only choice.

im having trouble trying to figure out what my speed is
i went to terminal emulator
type in

su
dmesg | grep ACPU

then nothing happens
