Installing Meanbean From MeanRom

Currently running MeanRom 6.5, 3.0.8-g0b923cc-dirty, Baseband 1.12.11.0809, Build 2.13.651.1. S-OFF HBOOT 1.12.1111
I want to update to Mean Rom.

I have read everything in 1st post several times and want to know if I may be missing anything in steps. Any help would is greatly appreciated.

1. Clear Google Wallet. ( Or Brick NFC Chip) Setting>Reset Google wallet.

2. Flash 3.15 Firmware.(This will update baseband to 1.12.11.1119)
Do I rename firmware zip to PJ75IMG.zip and put on SD to install?

3. Flash TWRP 2.4.1.0 (openrecovery-twrp-2.4.1.0-jewel) This is in ISO format, How to install ?

4. Flash 3.16 Firmware. This will also flash Touch panel update.(Again rename and place into SD ROOT as PJ75IMG.zip I think)

5. Flash MeanBean 3.0+ w/Full reset of phone.(MeanBean-v304-jewel-ltevo)

How do I delete PJ75IMG.zip in between each flash and or move the next one in place. I assume I can get back into Recovery and mount SD to PC and delete and move.

Try s-offing again, just follow all the directions on the website, when you ruu as per their instructions, it brings you back to stock.

Same as me except I have new touch drivers and twrp 2.4.1 not a single issue.

If 2nd suggestion doesn't work...I'll try this. The Capt pulled those drivers for a reason & I'm inclined to believe that it may be an isolated annoyance (I've tried other ROMS & have not seen it otherwise).

In that case, go to data/app and delete apps that you don't want. They will not come back. First delete system/apps that you don't want .

I'll give this way a try. I was doing the TB Batch method which previously worked for me.

its draining the battery like crazy at 56% and phone dosen't last more than 5 hours

i have also run rom cleaner to take out some the google apps, i.e. magazine, books

Hi guys, I'm just wondering if I'm the only one experiencing data issue with the Rom, or its a network problem..my phone connects to 3g,and few minutes later it disappears and I can't use internet functionality. Is there anything I'm missing? Any help will be appreciated.

downloading the entire rom every time

is there a way to not download the entire rom everytime there is a update? we are doing over 600 megs every time, seems to me that I had seen a thread a wile ago about just downloading what the updates are and it would implement them into the rom.

He does the full rom every time to try and eliminate some of the issues people might have. Just think he is loading the full ROM every time a people are still having this many issues.
