You know if you want to be sure that no one has issues.. It might be easier to include the blobs with your kernel.. I can help you with that if you want.. Hit me up a pm

Appreciate it but my experience is it causes issues down the road if the user decides to switch things up

This is true.. Either way I dont see the blobs being used now by you or us being permanent as they both have their own set of issues. So IMHO for the time being, that is until this graphic issues are worked out all kernels should include blobs.. This would resolve the issues your and my users are experiencing.

Re: |KERNEL| ForceKernel>>AOSP || 1920mhz ||3.0.64|| 2|15

I flashed in CWM with no problems.

Great kernel so far, what app is everybody using for CPU control? I went from setCPU to STweaks (for the super fine audio control) and now I can't use STweaks so I'm at a loss.

If anyone knows any 3rd party CPU apps that have audio settings and are compatible with this kernel I'd be very appreciative.

I'm getting a boot screen loop. It goes into upgrading applications and then freezes at starting applications. Hangs on boot animation afterwards. Wiped cache/dalvik over PAC-man rom.

Looks like the new builds are using kejars kernel. Doesn't play nice with changing kernels because of included blobs..

If that's fixed question does stweaks work with this kernel cuz I figured I could use it to fix in call wired headset audio issues?

    It froze at boot every time I tried to flash it on the latest Paranoid Android. And no, I wasn't coming from the Basic Kernel.

    Right. All of the new builds are implementing the new Mali layout and is being addressed. New kernel will be going up soon

    My exact problem. Looks like it has to do with us running the basickernal
    It would appear so. Gonna re-flash the nightly and then try this again. I'll report back.

    ---------- Post added at 06:15 PM ---------- Previous post was at 06:07 PM ----------

    After reflashing back to stock kernel and then reflashing this, it worked. So there's that.
